1. Who we are
Firm Monitors ("the service") is operated by [legal name of the operator]
of [registered or trading address], contactable at
[support email address]. In these terms "we" and "us" mean that
operator, and "you" means the person who holds the account.
2. What the service does
The service polls publicly available ticket-availability pages for events you nominate, and sends you a message through a Discord webhook you supply when it sees tickets. It reports what it saw. It does not buy, reserve, hold, resell or transfer any ticket, it does not act on your behalf on any ticketing site, and it does not hold or use any ticketing-site account of yours.
3. What we do not promise
- That any particular ticket exists, is still available, or can be bought by you.
- That every availability will be seen. Sites block, rate-limit and change; monitors miss things.
- Any particular speed, uptime or delivery time for an alert.
- That you are eligible to buy what an alert describes. Membership, ballot, away-scheme and age restrictions live on your ticketing account, not on our alert.
The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for tickets you did not get, tickets you did get, or anything you decided on the strength of an alert. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
4. Your account
- You need a valid email address, and you must keep your password to yourself.
- One account is for one person. Do not share logins.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account, including any monitor it starts and any cost that monitor incurs.
- We may suspend an account that is being used to attack a third-party site, to evade a block we have applied, or in a way that puts the service at risk.
5. What you bring, and what it costs
Proxies, Discord webhooks and (optionally) captcha-provider keys are yours. You are responsible for having the right to use them and for what you are charged for them by their providers. We charge you only for your subscription and for any Firm credits you buy.
6. Payment, renewal and cancellation
- Subscriptions are monthly, in advance, taken by Stripe. We never see or hold your card details.
- There is no free trial and a card is required at signup.
- Your plan renews automatically until you cancel it from the billing portal.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your monitors keep running until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not refund part-months unless the law requires it.
- If a payment fails, monitors are paused rather than deleted. Your configuration
is kept for
[retention period, owner to choose]after the subscription ends.
7. Credits
Firm credits are prepaid and are spent one per captcha solve. A solve that fails is refunded to your balance automatically. Credits are not money, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not refundable for cash once bought, except where the law requires it. Unused credits remain on the account.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to break the terms of any ticketing site, or any law.
- Do not resell or rebroadcast our alerts as a service of your own without our written agreement.
- Do not set intervals or volumes designed to degrade a third party's site. The minimum interval the service allows is there for that reason.
- Do not attempt to reach another customer's data, our infrastructure, or the solver gateway by any route other than the one your monitors use.
9. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service, including support for a particular platform. If we make a change that materially reduces what you are paying for, we will tell you by email before your next renewal so you can cancel.
10. Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time. We may end it on [notice period,
owner to choose] notice, or immediately for a serious breach of section 8.
On termination we stop your monitors and delete your stored credentials.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of [England and Wales, or as the owner's
adviser directs] and the courts there have jurisdiction.
