One price, any platform.
You buy event slots. One monitor watches one event and uses one slot, running or stopped; delete it and the slot comes straight back. Bigger plans are 50p per slot cheaper.
What a slot can watch today: any Ticketmaster UK event, any AXS event, and any fixture at nine clubs on eticketing.co.uk — Arsenal, Brentford, Chelsea, Crystal Palace, Everton, Fulham, Tottenham Hotspur, the NFL games at Tottenham and England Rugby (RFU). The same credits pay for all three.

Firm credits (recommended)
Leave the solver on Firm and there is nothing to set up. The Firm solver is what we recommend and what we test against. Every ticketing site puts a check in front of the pages worth watching, and one credit is one check passed. Prepaid, spent before the check and refunded automatically if it fails — you pay for answers, not attempts. At zero the affected monitors pause and keep their slots.
A Ticketmaster UK monitor spends about 6 credits an hour per event at the default three-second interval — about 84 credits, or 25p, for a 14-hour day. A football club monitor spends them on the check each sign-in passes when it logs in, roughly every twenty minutes: about 6 an hour for two sign-ins on most clubs, about 18 on the clubs whose sign-in passes a second check. The new-monitor page quotes the figure for the club you paste. An AXS monitor spends about 8 an hour on the check its reader passes to get onto the site, and that figure does not move with the interval — the reads themselves are free. These are estimates from our testing; busier events can need more.
How credits workYour own captcha keys
Not recommended at the moment. In our testing CapSolver tokens are almost always refused, so we don't recommend it at the moment. We have not been able to test KagedCap yet, so we can't recommend it either.
Adding a key in Settings → Captcha keys stays possible for platforms that accept one. Ticketmaster UK accepts only the Firm solver at the moment, and so do the eticketing.co.uk clubs, so monitors on either are on credits whatever keys you hold. What that means.
About captcha keysCredits are bought from the billing page once you have an account, on the same card as your subscription, and never expire. Optional auto top-up buys one pack when you fall below a threshold you choose.
What is not in the price

- You bring your own. Any residential or ISP list works, and there is a guide to the formats we accept. Expect a few pounds a month from any UK provider.
- Discord
- Free. You make the webhook, we post to it. Two-minute guide.
- The tickets
- We tell you what appeared and where. Buying is you, on the site, with your own account and its own eligibility rules.
Is there a free trial?
No. A card is required at signup, and you can cancel in two clicks from the billing portal.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your monitors keep running until the end of the period you already paid for, then everything stops and the monitors show Paused: payment problem. Nothing is deleted.
Can I change plan?
Yes, any time, from the billing portal. If you move down to fewer slots than you are using, the newest monitors stop and we email you which ones.
Do unused slots roll over?
No. A slot is capacity, not an allowance: it is the right to have one monitor in existence at a time, and it resets to that every month.
